PeriShip Customer Portal Maintenance

Dear PeriShipper,

When using the PeriShip Customer Portal’s reporting capabilities,

you may have recently experienced sporadic time-outs during the query of shipments in transit impacted by active weather advisories and warnings issued by the Weather Service.

The issue has been created by an overwhelming response and usage of this important new feature (we are happy about that!).

We are working very hard on addressing this issue and will have a system upgrade this weekend which will improve the situation.
