PeriShip Weekly Weather Outlook

PeriShip strives to inform our customers about weather conditions as they may have the capability to affect the transit of shipments. Below is a general weather outlook for the week of Sunday, March 29th, 2015 through Saturday, April 4th, 2015.

National Weather Outlook:

There will be a storm system forming in the Great Lakes region to start the week. This storm will bring mostly rain, snow, and ice. This storm will increase in size and reach from the South all the way up to the Northeast.

On Tuesday, the rain will continue to be present in the South and increase its size. The Northeast will mostly clear up, but there will be a small system present in the Pennsylvania/New York area.

As we move into April, a large rain storm will be present in the South extending all the way to Minnesota. A storm system will begin to form in the Northwest bringing snow ice and rain. The large storm system will move east containing thunderstorms and large amounts of rain.
Weather at Major Express Sorting Hubs:

New York /NJ: This week will be mostly clear and sunny with chances of rain scattered throughout the week.

Memphis: Anticipate a week full of cloudy skies, rain, and thunderstorms.

Indianapolis: There are many chances of rain throughout the week. Temperatures will be averaging in the mid 60s.

Oakland: Overall this week will be sunny and beautiful. Averaging temperatures in the 70s.

Fort Worth: This week will be a mixture of sunny and cloudy skies with a chance of a thunderstorm.
