National Weather Outlook
Keep an eye on the skies, the week ahead brings rain and thunder throughout the country. The Midwest, Southeast, and the Northeast will start the week with rainfall and possible thunderstorms. There will be smaller, scattered storm systems throughout the Southwest area, particularly in New Mexico and Arizona.On Tuesday, the storm systems will decrease in size and settle throughout the South, Southwest, and along the East coast from Maine to Florida. Thunderstorms will be present in the South and Northeast.

As we move to the end of the week, these scattered storm systems will become smaller, clearing up in most of the Northeast, Southeast, and South. Florida and Texas should still continue to expect thunderstorms.

New York/NJ: Chances of thunderstorms in the beginning of the week. Sunny and clear skies after Tuesday.
Operational Impact: Slight

Memphis: Chance of a thunderstorm on Sunday. The rest of the week will be sunny with temps in the 80s.
Operational Impact: Minimal

Indianapolis: Clear and sunny skies for most of the week. Chance of a thunderstorm on Sunday.
Operational Impact: Minimal

Oakland: A mix of partly cloudy and clear skies throughout the week. Temps in the low 70s.
Operational Impact: Minimal

Fort Worth: Sunshine and clear skies for most of the week. Chances of thunderstorms on Monday and Tuesday.
Operational Impact: Slight
