PeriShip Weekly Weather Outlook – 11/1/15 to 11/7/15

National Weather Outlook

The month of November begins with a large storm system on the eastern side of the country. This storm system will spread from Maine, to Florida, to parts of Texas bringing heavy rainfall and severe thunderstorms to the South. A storm system will also be present in the Northwest, bringing a mixture of weather events such as rain and snow.

Going forward into Monday and Tuesday, the large storm system in the East will decrease drastically, bringing rain to the Carolinas, Georgia, and northern Florida. The storm system in the Northwest will increase and move eastward to cover much of Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, Utah, Wyoming, and Nevada, bringing more amounts of snow and rain.

As we head towards the end of the week, the storm system in the Northwest will decrease in size and move towards the South, while a large storm system will form in the central part of the country bringing rain and thunderstorms.

**Note: Parts of Texas, including San Antonio and the surrounding areas, will continue to experience heavy flooding and possible tornadoes. PeriShip will keep you informed of any local network operation delays and extended transit times.
